No, we do not offer any internet access due to the large number of internet companies that are already available.

::What is your return check policy?

Any Check Returned to “Richard Holderbaugh dba Mr. Bits & Bytes” will be accessed a return check charge of $25.00 OR Three Times the amount of the check.

If you have a check returned to “Richard Holderbaugh dba Mr. Bits & Bytes”, Your services may be cancelled until the a remedy is permitted. You may request in writing to have your services reinstated. You will be advised if your request is granted, based on the circumstances you have outlined.

If you have a check returned  to “Richard Holderbaugh dba Mr. Bits & Bytes”, You will not be allowed to write checks for future services. At that point, You would be required to pay with Cash, Money Orders, OR Cashier's Check.
